Ingredients• 1 (16-ounce) bag frozen vegetables • 1 tablespoon olive oil • salt, to taste • pepper, to taste • other seasonings, optional, of your choice, to taste
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Place a baking sheet in the oven while it heats up.
In a mixing bowl, toss the frozen vegetables with olive oil.
Season with salt, pepper, and other seasonings.
Spread the vegetables in a single layer on the hot baking sheet.
Roast for 15 minutes.
Stir the vegetables and return them to the oven.
Roast until the edges are golden brown and crisp, about 10-15 minutes. Some vegetables may be done after the initial roasting, so keep an eye on them.
