Frito® Taco Pie

You loved the original Taco Pie, so here's a unique spin on an old favorite—our Frito® Taco Pie recipe! With its buttery and light crescent rolls, salty and flavorful Fritos® corn chips, plus refreshing toppings - you'll have everything you love combined in this delicious meal!


• 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls • 1 bag Fritos® corn chips • 1 pound ground beef • taco seasoning • sour cream • shredded cheese • black olives, optional • optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, avocado, and salsa


Step 1

To begin, prepare 1 pound of ground beef with taco seasoning, following package instructions.

Step 2

Prepare all of your toppings (tomato, avocado, lettuce, etc.) ahead of time.

Step 3

Place all of the crescent roll triangles in a pie dish with the tips in the center and short edges on the outer edges of the dish. Use your fingers to press down and mold the triangles together into a single pie crust.

Step 4

Place 1 1/2 cups of the Fritos corn chips on top of the crust.

Step 5

Layer the seasoned ground beef on top of the Fritos corn chips.

Step 6

Spread a layer of sour cream on top with a spoon and top off with olives, optional. Top with 1 or 2 cups of your choice of shredded cheese.

Step 7

Bake for 20-25 minutes in the oven at 350 degrees F. Wait for it to cool for 10 minutes before cutting, top with remaining Frito corn chips and fresh veggie toppings. Serve and enjoy.
