You can taste the difference between jarred salsa and Fresh Salsa…for one thing, it’s absolutely fresher! But Fresh Salsa is also more vibrant, tangy, and refreshing than anything found in a jar. It’s easy to whip up and even easier to enjoy! It works as an appetizer before a meal or atop your favorite Mexican dish.

• 2 large tomatoes, diced • 1/2 small sweet onions, finely chopped • 1-3 jalapenos, finely chopped • 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped • 2 tablespoons lime juice, freshly squeezed • 1 teaspoon olive oil • 3/4 teaspoon salt • 1/2 teaspoon cumin • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper • chips, optional, for serving

Step 1

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.

Step 2

Chill for 2 hours before serving with chips.
