Ingredients• 8 pork chops, boneless • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream dip, pre-made • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded • 1 (3 ounce) crispy french fried onions, pre-made • green peas, optional, for serving
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Set the pork chops in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking pan.
Spread the sour cream dip evenly over the pork chops.
Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the top of the sour cream dip.
Spread the french fried onions over the top of the cheese.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F until a meat thermometer inserted into the center of the thickest part of the pork reads 145 degrees F, about 35-45 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let the pork rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
If desired, serve with green peas.
