French Onion Beef Casserole

This rich, creamy casserole is the ultimate comfort food to ease you into cooler weather! Delicious beef noodles with French onion and mushroom flavors topped with a crunchy onion topping. Yum!


• 10 ounces dried egg noodles • 1 pound lean ground beef • 2 cans (10.75 ounces, each) condensed cream of mushroom soup • 1 (15-ounce) jar french onion dip • 1 cup fried onions


Step 1

Begin by preheating the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2

Prepare a 9x13 inch baking dish by spraying it with cooking spray.

Step 3

Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Step 4

In a large skillet, brown and break up the ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain any excess grease.

Step 5

Add the two cans of soup and French onion dip to the skillet with the beef. Stir with a wooden spoon until well combined. Fold in the egg noodles.

Step 6

Pour the contents into the greased baking dish. Sprinkle dried onions over the top.

Step 7

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through. Serve immediately.
