Ingredients• 1 cup white sugar • 1 cup white wine vinegar • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil • 1 onion, chopped • 6 stalks celery, chopped • 1 (15 ounce) can green beans, drained • 1 (15 ounce) can white string beans, drained • 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, drained • 1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas, drained • 1 (4 ounce) jar pimentos
Combine the sugar, vinegar, and oil in a large mixing or salad bowl.
Add the onion, celery, green beans, white string beans, kidney beans, chickpeas, and pimentos to the mix.
Toss everything to ensure all of the ingredients are well-coated.
Place the bean salad into a sealed container and refrigerate for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
