Ingredients• 1 whole rotisserie chicken, meat removed and chopped • 1 (10.75-ounce) can cream of chicken soup • 1 (10.75-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup • 1/4 cup sour cream • 1 cup cottage cheese • 1 (8-ounce) package of cream cheese, softened • 1 cup chicken broth • 1/2 teaspoon salt • 1/2 teaspoon pepper • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder • 1 (16-ounce) package of spaghetti noodles, cooked • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded • 2 teaspoons dried parsley
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F.
Lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine the chicken, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, cottage cheese, cream cheese, chicken broth, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Stir the spaghetti noodles into the chicken mixture.
Pour the spaghetti mixture into the prepared baking dish and top with the parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and dried parsley.
Cover the casserole dish and bake for 45 minutes.
Carefully remove the covering and bake until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is melted, for about 10-15 minutes.
Let the casserole sit for 5 minutes.
