Ingredients• 12 eggs, hard-boiled • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt or mayonnaise • 1 tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard • sea salt, to taste • black pepper, to taste • everything bagel seasoning, to taste
Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half, scooping out the egg yolks.
Place the yolks into a small mixing bowl.
