Easy Monkey Bread

Enjoying a delicious brunch doesn't have to be hard work! This beautiful dish not only tastes great but makes for a lovely centerpiece on your breakfast table. With only 10 minutes of prep time, this recipe is an easy choice!


Ingredients

• 3 cans refrigerated biscuits (like Pillsbury Grands) • 1 cup sugar • 1 tablespoon cinnamon • 1/2 cup butter • 1 cup brown sugar

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a bundt pan.

Step 2

Remove biscuit dough from the container and slice into quarters.

Step 3

In a small bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon and toss each biscuit piece in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until well-coated. Add to the bundt pan.

Step 4

Melt the butter in a saucepan and add brown sugar. Bring to a boil. Remove the butter mixture from the heat and pour contents over biscuits.

Step 5

Bake for 35-40 minutes. Allow to cool and flip bundt pan over onto a cake plate or serving platter.
