IngredientsFor the house seasoning: • 1/4 cup garlic powder • 1/4 cup kosher salt • 1/4 cup dried parsley • 1/4 cup dried minced onion • 1/4 cup dried basil For the pork chops: • 4 pork chops, thick-cut, boneless • 8 teaspoons olive oil, to taste
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Mix the garlic powder, kosher salt, dried parsley, onion, and basil together.
Pat the meat dry. Rub each side of the chops with 1 teaspoon of olive oil and 1/4 teaspoon of the seasoning.
Brush the grates with oil.
Place the meat on the grill until the meat reads 145 degrees F internally, about 5-6 minutes per side.
Let rest for 5 minutes. Serve.
