Never worry about what to serve your party guests ever again! Easy Cheese Ball is creamy, tangy, seasoned beautifully, and of course cheesy! With a layer of crunchy pecans over top, the Easy Cheese Ball is a delectable appetizer when served with crackers, vegetables, or toast. This can be made ahead of time so you don’t need to worry about bringing something to the next gathering!


• 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened • 1/3 cup sour cream • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder • pepper, to taste • 8 ounces medium cheddar cheese, shredded • 1 cup pecans, chopped • crackers, optional, of your choice, for serving


Step 1

In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper until smooth.

Step 2

Mix in the cheddar cheese.

Step 3

Cover the bowl and chill it for 1 hour.

Step 4

After chilling, shape the mixture into a ball.

Step 5

Place the chopped pecans in a bowl and roll the cheese ball in the pecans until coated.

Step 6

Serve the cheese ball alone or with desired crackers.
