Candy isn’t the only Halloween treat beloved by kids and adults alike! Easy Candy Corn Popcorn Balls are fun, festive, and (as the name suggests) easy! Each ball is a mix of buttery salted popcorn, sweet candy corn, and gooey marshmallows for a great range of tastes and textures in every bite. You can make 20 balls in each batch, so it’s easy to whip up a bunch for the trick or treaters or for your next fall holiday bash! Easy Candy Corn Popcorn Balls really get into the spirit of the spooky season!


Ingredients

• 8 cups light butter microwave popcorn, popped • 1 cup candy corn • 1/4 cup butter • 1/4 teaspoon salt • 1 (10-ounce) bag marshmallows

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl combine the popcorn with candy corn.

Step 2

Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Step 3

Stir in the salt and marshmallows.

Step 4

Reduce the heat to low and cook, stirring frequently, until the marshmallows melt and the mixture is smooth, about 7 minutes.

Step 5

Pour the marshmallow mixture over the popcorn mixture, stirring to coat well.

Step 6

Lightly spray hands with cooking spray to prevent sticking in the next step.

Step 7

Using your greased hands, shape the popcorn mixture into small 2 inch balls. There will be about 20 total.

Step 8

Serve.
