• 1 (1 pound) salmon fillet • 1/4 teaspoon salt • 1/4 teaspoon pepper • 3 tablespoons brown sugar • 4 teaspoons Dijon mustard • 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar


Step 1

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

Cut the salmon into 4 equal parts.

Gently place the salmon pieces into a foil-lined pan.

Season the salmon with the salt and pepper.

Bake the salmon for 10 minutes.
