The perfect side for any dish! Whip up these Crispy Garlic Potato Wedges in less than an hour. You might want to double the recipe because these will go fast!

• 6 large russet potatoes, rinsed • 1/4 cup olive oil • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder • 2 teaspoons salt • 1 teaspoon paprika • 1/2 teaspoon black cracked pepper • 2/3 cup parmesan cheese, finely grated or shredded • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Step 1

Preheat oven to 390 degrees F.

Step 2

Use parchment paper to line a large baking sheet and set aside.

Step 3

Cut the potatoes into long wedges. You should get 8 roughly even wedges per potato. Place potato wedges in a large bowl and set aside.

Step 4

In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, garlic, onion powder, salt, paprika and pepper. Pour the oil mixture over the potatoes and toss together until evenly coated.

Step 5

On your parchment-lined tray, arrange the seasoned potatoes skin-sides-down. Sprinkle with half of the parmesan cheese and extra salt if desired.

Step 6

Place the loaded tray in the oven and bake for 35 minutes, turning wedges halfway through the baking time. Once potatoes are golden, crisped, and soft when poked with a fork, carefully remove from the oven.

Step 7

Spike with chopped parsley and remaining parmesan cheese. Serve and enjoy!
