Ingredients• 2 pounds chicken breasts • 1 (1 ounce) packet ranch dressing mix • 1 (8 ounce) block cream cheese • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded • 4 green onions, sliced • 1/2-3/4 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled • 6 buns or croissants, optional, for serving
Add the chicken breasts into a slow cooker.
Sprinkle the chicken with the ranch mix.
Add in the cream cheese.
Cover the slow cooker with the lid and let it cook on low for 6-7 hours.
Remove the lid and shred the chicken, mixing the cream cheese into the chicken.
