This creamy, savory butter dip swirling with spices and flavors will definitely be your new favorite dip or topping for steak, veggies, chicken, bread, or really anything you can imagine. It's ready in less than 10 minutes, and you only need a microwave, a bowl, and a whisk, so there's no reason you can't have it with every delicious meal. What's that? Oh! The dinner bell is ringing! You better trot on home and get yourself some of that Cowboy Butter!


• 6 tablespoons butter, melted • 1/2 lemon, juiced • 4 cloves garlic, minced • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard • cayenne pepper, to taste • 1/4 teaspoon paprika • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped • 1 tablespoon chives, chopped • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, crushed • 2 teaspoons thyme, minced • salt, to taste • pepper, to taste


Step 1

In a small bowl, whisk the butter, lemon juice, garlic, mustard, cayenne, and paprika.

Step 2

Stir the parsley, chives, red pepper flakes, thyme, salt, and pepper into the butter mixture.
