Classic Coleslaw

Coleslaw is so versatile! Prepare it as it as a side for your cookouts or even use it as a topping for pulled pork sandwiches. With the perfect homemade dressing, this will become your go-to side for spring and summer.


• 8 cups shredded cabbage • 1 cup shredded red cabbage • 4 carrots, julienned • 1/2 cup mayonnaise • 2 tablespoons white sugar • 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice • 1 tablespoon white vinegar • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt • 1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper


Step 1

Mix together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, sugar, white vinegar, salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl and combine it all together thoroughly.

Step 2

Next, add in the cabbage and carrots, mix it all together as well.

Step 3

Finally, refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours before serving, best served chilled.
