• 6 cups romaine hearts, chopped • 1 avocado, sliced • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, cubed or grated • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half • 1 chicken breast, seasoned, fully cooked, and cubed • 1 cup corn, sautéed or broiled • 4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped • 2 boiled eggs, chopped • 2 green onions, sliced • ranch dressing, optional, for serving


Step 1

Place the romaine lettuce on a serving platter or in a large serving bowl.

Step 2

Layer on the avocado, cheddar, tomatoes, chicken, corn, bacon, and eggs in distinct stripes.

Step 3

Top with green onions and ranch dressing and serve.
