• 4 cups chicken breast, cooked and chopped • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper • 1 cup mayonnaise • 2 tablespoons lemon juice • 1/2 cup celery, chopped finely • bread of choice, for serving (optional) • lettuce, for serving (optional)


Step 1
