Ingredients• 1/2 cup butter, melted • 1 cup brown sugar • 1 large egg, beaten • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract • 1 cup flour • salt, to taste • 1 teaspoon cinnamon • 5 teaspoons sugar
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Set it aside.
Combine the melted butter and brown sugar in a medium mixing bowl.
Add the egg and vanilla extract, and stir.
Add the flour and salt, and stir until fully incorporated.
In a separate small mixing bowl, combine the cinnamon and sugar.
Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the batter.
Bake until a knife inserted into the center comes out mostly clean, about 22 minutes.
Allow the blondies to cool.
Cut into 16 bars and serve.
