• 1 1/2 cups plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour • 1/4 cup granulated sugar, optionally plus more for sprinkling • 2 teaspoons baking powder • sea salt, to taste • 1 cup chocolate chunks or chips • 1 cup heavy cream • 1 tablespoon butter, meltedDirections
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Prepare a cookie sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Add the cream and stir just until a dough starts to form.
