Ingredients• 1 loaf french bread • 1 pound chicken breasts, cooked and shredded • 1 1/2 cups Colby Jack cheese, shredded • 2 green onions, sliced thin • 1 cup ranch dressing, plus more to taste
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Line a large baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.
Slice the french bread in half lengthwise.
Place both halves cut side up on the prepared baking sheet.
In a large bowl, mix together the chicken, Colby Jack, green onions, and ranch dressing. Use enough ranch dressing so the mixture is wet.
Spread the chicken mixture evenly over one-half of the bread.
Top it with the other half of the bread.
Bake until the cheese is melted, about 10-15 minutes.
