Chicken Pot Pie Casserole

Who doesn't love a classic chicken pot pie for dinner? Try this delicious new take on everyone's favorite dish - Chicken Pot Pie Casserole! Enjoy its tender chicken, moist biscuits, plus cheesy cheese for a delightful dinner that has two classics in one!


• 2 cups chicken, cooked and shredded • 1 can cream of chicken soup • 1 cup sour cream • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded • 1 1/2 cups of mixed frozen vegetables • 1 teaspoon garlic powder • 1 teaspoon salt • 1 (12-ounce) can refrigerated biscuits


Step 1

To begin, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

In a medium-size bowl, add in all of the ingredients besides the refrigerated biscuits.

Using a spatula, combine all of the ingredients until well blended.

Step 4

Cut each biscuit into fourths and add into the chicken mixture.

Prepare a 9x13-inch casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray, then spread your chicken biscuit mixture evenly.

Bake, uncovered, for 35-45 minutes, or until golden and bubbly. Allow to cool and serve.
