Chicken Enchilada Dip

Want to try an original and savory dip? This Chicken Enchilada Dip has all the delicious flavors of an enchilada that you can easily scoop up with chips!


• 1 1/2 pounds chicken thighs and legs, deboned, cooked, & shredded • 1 1/2 cups sour cream • 1 tablespoon green onion, sliced • 1/2 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded • 1 teaspoon cumin • 1 teaspoon garlic powder • 1 teaspoon salt • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper


Step 1

Begin by preheating your oven to 425 degrees F.

Step 2

Combine the sour cream and seasonings, mixing them together until the seasoning is evenly mixed.

Step 3

Add pepper jack cheese, sour cream mixture, and green onion to the shredded chicken and stir together.

Step 4

Move the chicken mixture into the bottom of a baking dish, then spread in one layer over the bottom of the dish.

Step 5

Cover the top with the cheddar cheese, and bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted. Allow to cool and serve!
