It’s the best way to get a hearty, creamy, cheesy meal on the table in an hour or less, which is exactly what you need after a long day! With savory chicken enriched by intense chicken flavors and chili spice in the sauce, Cheesy Chicken Casserole is more than just delicious. It’s a dinnertime delight.


• 3 cups shell noodles, uncooked • 3 tablespoons butter • 1 onion, finely diced • 1/3 cup red bell pepper, diced • 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt • 1 teaspoon chili powder • 10 3/4 ounces condensed cream of chicken soup • 1 1/3 cups milk • 3 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded and divided • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, shredded • 3 cups chicken, cooked • 4 ounces mild green chiles


Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Cook the pasta to al dente according to package directions.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the onion and red bell pepper until tender and the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.
