Ingredients• 12 bacon strips • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar • 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Place the bacon in a single layer on a foil-lined baking pan.
Bake until lightly browned, about 16-18 minutes.
Remove the bacon from the pan, discarding the drippings and wiping clean if necessary.
Mix the brown sugar, pecans, cinnamon, and pepper in a medium-size mixing bowl.
Coat both sides of the bacon with the brown sugar mixture, patting to help the mixture adhere.
Return the bacon to the pan and bake until caramelized, 8-10 minutes longer.
Remove immediately from the pan and serve.
