Ingredients

• 4 (4-ounce) chicken breast halves, boneless and skinless • 1/2 teaspoon salt • 1/4 teaspoon pepper • 2 teaspoons olive oil • 1 medium tomato, chopped • 1/4 cup creamy Caesar salad dressing • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Directions

Step 1

Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper.

Step 2

In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat.

Step 3

Add the chicken and brown on one side, about 3-4 minutes.

Step 4

Flip the chicken and add the tomato and Ceasar dressing.

Step 5

Cover and cook until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F when tested with a thermometer, about 6-8 minutes.
