Ingredients• 2 cups chicken, cooked and shredded • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened • 1/2 cup cayenne pepper sauce, optional • 1/2 cup ranch dressing • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles, optional, plus more for garnish • green onions, optional, for garnish
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Spoon the mixture into a shallow 1-quart baking dish.
