Ingredients• 1 1/2 cups chicken, cooked and shredded • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing • 1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce, plus more for drizzling • 1/2 teaspoon salt • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper • 2 tablespoons blue cheese, crumbled • 2 tablespoons chives, chopped • 2 (6-ounce) cans refrigerated biscuit dough • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted • 2 tablespoons Italian parsley, chopped • 1 teaspoon garlic, grated • 1 tablespoon parmesan, grated
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Grease a cast-iron skillet with butter.
In a medium bowl, mix the chicken, mozzarella, cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, salt, pepper, blue cheese, and chives until the chicken is well-coated. Set the mixture aside.
Roll out each piece of the biscuit dough into 4-inch rounds.
Add 1 1/2 tablespoons of the buffalo chicken filling to each rounded-out biscuit. Add a drizzle of buffalo sauce.
Wrap the dough around the filling, pinching the edges to seal them and forming them into a ball. Repeat this process for all of the biscuits.
Place the biscuit balls seam side down in the greased skillet.
In a small bowl, whisk the melted butter, parsley, garlic, and parmesan together.
Brush the biscuit balls with the garlic butter.
Bake until golden brown, about 15-20 minutes.
