• 6 slices turkey bacon, cut into small pieces • 2 (16-ounce) cans refrigerated biscuit dough • 2 eggs • 1/4 cup skim milk • 1/2 teaspoon salt • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shreddedDirections
Place the turkey bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat.
Cook and turn occasionally, until evenly browned, for about 5 minutes.
Transfer the turkey bacon to a paper-towel-lined plate.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray a fluted tube pan or bundt pan thoroughly with cooking spray.
