Best-Ever Guacamole

It's called "Best Ever" for a reason. When you need a dip for your chip, Best-Ever Guacamole is it! Creamy avocados are mashed together with citrusy lime juice, tingly salt, rich cumin, fresh scallions, sweet garlic, and spicy jalapenos. Juicy tomatoes and earthy cilantro are folded in to bring some chunky, tasty texture. Best-Ever Guacamole is easy to whip up, so in under 10 minutes, you'll be ready to snack!


• 3 large avocados, halved and pitted • 1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice, plus more to taste • 1/2 teaspoon salt, plus more to taste • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin • 3 scallions, both white and light green parts, thinly sliced • 1/4 teaspoon garlic, optional, minced • 1 jalapeño pepper, plus more to taste, seeded, minced • 1 small tomato, seeded, diced • 3 tablespoons cilantro, chopped


Step 1

Scoop out the avocados and put them in a medium bowl.

Step 2

Add the lime juice, salt, cumin, scallions, garlic, and jalapeño to the avocados.

Step 3

Using a fork, mash the avocado mixture until blended but still very chunky.

Step 4

Add the tomato and cilantro to the avocado mixture. Fold until combined, being careful not to over-mix.

Step 5

Taste and adjust the seasoning with more salt, lime juice, or jalapeño, if desired.
