Your tender, juicy chicken breasts have the privilege of marinating in this savory, sweet sauce. The meaty goodness soaks up every ounce of flavor in the fridge, and then you can grill, fry, really, cook it however your tastebuds desire. • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar • 1/4 cup soy sauce, reduced-sodium • 1/4 cup olive oil • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper • 5 chicken breasts, skinless, boneless, and thinly sliced


Step 1

In a bowl, whisk the vinegar, soy sauce, oil, parsley, basil, oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper together. Pour into a resealable plastic bag.

Step 2

Add the chicken to the bag, coat with the marinade, squeeze out the excess air, and seal the bag.

Marinate in the fridge for at least 4 hours and up to overnight.

Preheat the grill to medium-low heat.

Lightly oil the grates of the grill.

Drain and discard the marinade.

Grill the chicken until no longer pink inside and an instant thermometer inserted into the center reads at least 165 degrees F, about 4-5 minutes per side.
