• 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans • 2 1/2 cups guacamole • 1 (16 ounce) jar chunky tomato salsa • 2 1/2 cups sour cream • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning • juice of 1/2 lime • 1 cup shredded Monterey jack • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar • 2 cups shredded lettuce • 1/2 cup grape tomatoes, quartered • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced • corn chips, for serving • green onions, optional for topping


Step 1

Spread out the refried beans in an even layer at the bottom of the serving dish.

Step 2

Add the guacamole in an even layer on top of the previous bean layer.

Step 3

Top with a layer of salsa.

Step 4

In a medium-sized bowl, stir together the sour cream, lime juice, and taco seasoning. Then, spread that in an even layer on top of the salsa layer.
