This Best Banoffee Pie certainly lives up to its expectations! The creaminess and delicious flavor are worth every minute you wait for this sweet treat!


• 30 ounces sweetened condensed milk • 14 graham crackers • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted • nonstick cooking spray • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream • 1 tablespoon sugar • 3 bananas, sliced • chocolate shaving, for garnish


Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 2

Pour the condensed milk into a baking dish. Cover with foil and set inside a larger baking dish. Fill the larger dish with hot water until it reaches the sides of the small dish.

Step 3

Place in the oven and cook for 90 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow time to cool. Whisk until smooth to make the dulce le leche mixture.

Step 4

Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F.

Pulse graham crackers and butter into a food processor until it resembles wet sand.

Lightly grease a tart pan and create a crust with the cracker mixture. Press down evenly to coat the pan.

Bake the crust for 5 minutes until golden.

Spread the dulce le leche in the crust, spreading into an even layer. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Beat heavy cream in a large bowl until soft peaks form. Add sugar and continue until it resembles whipped cream.
