• 1 pound lean ground beef • 1 cup salsa, chunky preferred • 10 hard taco shells • 1/2 head lettuce, shredded • 1 medium tomato, chopped • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded


Step 1

Cook the beef in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, about 8-10 minutes.

Step 2

Drain the skillet of fat.

Step 3

Stir the salsa into the beef.

Heat the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly.

Reduce the heat to medium-low.
