Ingredients• 4 pork chops • 2 tablespoons brown sugar • 1/2 cup vinegar • 3 tablespoons ketchup • 1/2 teaspoon salt • 1 tablespoon dry mustard • 1/2 cup water • 3 tablespoons onions, chopped
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Heat a skillet on the stove-top over medium-high heat.
Brown the pork chops in the skillet, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Place the browned chops in a baking dish.
In a medium bowl, mix the brown sugar, vinegar, ketchup, salt, dry mustard, water, and onions together.
