Bang Bang Corn is certainly not your average corn. Sure, hot, buttery corn is delightful. But Bang Bang Corn takes your corn experience to a whole new level. Grilled to perfection and slathered with a sweet and spicy sauce—what’s not to love? Serve Bang Bang Shrimp as a flavor-packed appetizer or alongside any meal. You might want to triple the recipe!


• 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce • 3 tablespoons butter, melted • 1 tablespoon sriracha • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced • 2 limes, juiced • kosher salt, to taste • ground black pepper, to taste • 6 ears corn, husked • cilantro, chopped, optional for garnish


Step 1

Mix the chili sauce, butter, sriracha, garlic, and lime juice together in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 2

Slather the mixture all over the corn.

Step 3

Heat grill to medium-high.

Step 4

Grill corn, turning and slathering with remaining bang bang sauce occasionally until slightly charred, about 10-15 minutes.

Step 5

Drizzle with any remaining sauce, garnish with cilantro, and serve.
