• 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard • 1 pound sirloin steak, cut in 1 inch cubes • 2 cups cherry tomatoes

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, barbecue sauce, and mustard to combine.

Step 2

Remove 1/4 cup of the marinade and set it aside for basting.

Step 3

Add the cubed steak to the remaining marinade, tossing to coat.

Step 4

Allow the steak to marinate for at least 3 hours.

Step 5

Prepare the grill gates by spraying with non-stick cooking spray or coating with oil.

Step 6

Preheat the grill to medium heat.

Step 7

Thread the steak and the tomatoes onto wood or metal skewers.

Step 8

Grill the skewers, covered, until the meat reaches at least 135 degrees F, about 8-9 minutes. Turn and baste occasionally during the last 3 minutes.

Serve immediately.
