• 1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste • 1/4 teaspoon pepper, or to taste • 3 medium zucchini, cut into sticks • 1 cup breadcrumbs • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated • 1 egg • ranch dressing, optional, for serving


Step 1

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

Use parchment paper to cover a baking sheet.

Step 3

Beat the egg in a shallow bowl or plate and season with salt and pepper.

In another shallow bowl or plate, combine the breadcrumbs together with the parmesan cheese and season it with salt and pepper.
