Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken

Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken coats tender chicken breasts with a crunchy mixture of garlic-infused, cheesy breadcrumbs. • 2 tablespoons olive oil • 1 clove garlic, minced • 1 cup dry breadcrumbs • 2/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated • 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper • 6 chicken breasts, skinless, boneless, and halved


Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2

Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

Step 3

Prepare 2 separate mixing bowls.

Step 4

In the first mixing bowl, combine the olive oil and garlic.

Step 5

In the second mixing bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, basil, and pepper.

Cover the chicken breasts with the oil mixture.

Step 7

Coat the chicken with the bread crumbs.

Place the chicken into the baking dish.

Sprinkle all of the remaining bread crumbs over the chicken.

Bake until the chicken is cooked through at 165 degrees F, about 30 minutes.
