Ingredients• ice, enough to fill 2 copper mugs • 4 ounces vodka • sparkling cider, enough to fill 2 copper mugs • ginger beer, for topping • cinnamon sticks, optional, for garnish • sliced apple, optional, for garnish
To begin, fill 2 copper mugs with ice.
Pour 2 ounces of the vodka into each cup.
Fill the cup 2/3 full with the sparkling cider.
Top with the ginger beer.
Garnish with a cinnamon stick and apple slice.
