• 1 pound bacon, diced • 1 medium sweet onion, chopped • 6 large eggs, lightly beaten • 4 cups frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded • 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese • 1 1/4 cups Swiss cheese, shredded


Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

In a large skillet, cook the bacon and onion until the bacon is crisp.
